To qualify for a return:

Customers seeking returns/exchanges are responsible for the shipping cost back to Smoochy Pty Ltd Head Office. 

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, www.bedzee.com.au If you purchased your product from any other source, please contact their customer service department to handle the return.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

If for any reason the product you have ordered from this website arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it within 60 days of the date received.  Please contact us at bedzeesales@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you make that exchange!
